Starting with the team in Belfast, we worked with the client to translate all marketing materials and prepare customs clearance documents before shipping samples to Sinowei Shanghai. Chinese customs recently issued new regulatory requirements on imported dairy products, which the Sinowei team were able to complete for the client. We conducted an in-depth analysis of China’s nutritional powder sector to plan an effective launch.
Brand Activation
In a market known to be wary of new products, it was vital to promote the client’s brand pillars of “delicious taste”, “100% Irish milk” and “simple nutrition” found in 3Leaf powder. Partnering this with their Origin Green credentials, the team were excited to officially launch 3Leaf at FHC, Shanghai in November 2023.

China’s recognition of Irish dairy standards has strengthened 3Leaf’s credibility with potential customers.
