Starting with the team in Belfast, we worked with the client to translate all marketing materials and prepare customs clearance documents before shipping samples to Sinowei Shanghai. Trademark protection was registered both in English and Chinese.
Our Cheers Whiskies and Spirits Club in China positioned Britvic’s range as central to our premium pairings. Although predominantly marketed as mixers, it was important to demonstrate a refreshing, low-sugar drink option to satisfy the Chinese consumers. This was distributed across key Chinese social channels. The team officially launched Britvic Mixers at the CIIE in November 2021. The brand has since been exhibited at several trade fairs across the country, including Shenzen, Shandong, Chengdu and Beijing.
The classic brand style partnered with Royal endorsements, has strengthened Britvic’s position in China’s highly competitive market for soft drinks and mixers. Britvic mixers have been sold into China since 2022. With the market’s return to on-trade activities, we expect to see greater demand for Britvic.
